Refund policy

We have a 60-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 60 days after your purchase to request a refund. We want you to actually try the plan — follow it for a few weeks, see how it fits your life, and if it's not working for you, just email us.

To request a refund, contact us at support@havelay.com with your order number. You don't need to justify anything. If it's not the right fit, that's enough.

Issues with your files

Please review your files shortly after purchase and contact us immediately if something is missing, corrupted, or incorrect, so we can sort it out right away.

Exceptions / non-refundable items

We cannot accept refund requests more than 60 days after purchase. Gift cards, if offered in future, are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you want to purchase a different plan at a later date, the fastest way is to simply buy the new one. We don't issue exchanges on digital products.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase for any reason, without needing to justify the decision. The same applies to United Kingdom customers under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Australian consumers

If you are an Australian resident, you have additional statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by this policy. Nothing here is intended to limit those rights.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive your refund request. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. It can take a few additional days for your bank or card company to post the refund to your account.
