Shipping policy

Havelay is a digital product. Nothing is shipped to you physically.

When you complete your purchase, your personalized 12-week plan files are prepared
and emailed to you within approximately 2 minutes. The email contains a link to your
plan page, where you can download:

  1. Quick Start Guide
  2. Your 12-Week Workout Plan
  3. Nutrition Guide
  4. Progress Journal

All files are delivered as PDFs. You can download them from your plan page any time.

We do not charge shipping fees. The only cost is the one-time purchase price shown
at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

Delivery issues

If you do not receive your delivery email within 30 minutes of a successful purchase,
please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is still not there, email
us at support@havelay.com with your order number and we will resend it.

If your purchase went through but your plan page is not loading, email us and we
will regenerate the link for you.

International customers

Because our product is fully digital, there are no customs fees, import duties, or
international shipping delays. You can access your plan from anywhere in the world
as long as you have internet access.
